Until recently, practice emphasis related to Business Law, including Labor Law; Trusts and Estates; and representation of charitable foundations. Present practice is limited to representation of public and private charitable foundations.
BACKGROUND AND PROFILE:
Mr. Stauffer received his B.A. from The Ohio State University, in 1947, and his LL.B. from the University of Michigan in 1951.
Mr. Stauffer participated in the campaign for funds for the establishment of Firelands College of Bowling Green State University and later served as initial Chairman of the Advisory Board of Bowling Green State University/Firelands College.
Mr. Stauffer was active in the 1985 consolidation of Good Samaritan Hospital and Sandusky Memorial Hospital, resulting in the establishment of Firelands Community Hospital and in the 2001 acquisition by Firelands Community Hospital of Providence Hospital, resulting in the establishment of Firelands Regional Medical Center.
Mr. Stauffer was active in the establishment of The Sandusky/Erie County Community Foundation in 1995 and served as the initial Chairman of the Board of Directors of The Community Foundation and presently serves as secretary and legal counsel.
Mr. Stauffer continues as director and legal counsel to The Randolph J. and Estelle M. Dorn Foundation, The Frost-Parker Foundation, and The Sam S. and Rose Stein Foundation.

BACKGROUND AND PROFILE:
Mr. Muehlhauser received his B.A. from the University of Michigan, in 1952, and his J.D. from The Ohio State University in 1955.
Mr. Muehlhauser was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1955. He is a member of the following bar associations: Erie County and Ohio State.
Mr. Muehlhauser was a member of the Board of Trustees of Sandusky Memorial Hospital from 1962 through 1985 and Chairman of the Board of Trustees from 1970 through 1974.
Mr. Muehlhauser participated in the 1985 consolidation of Good Samaritan Hospital and Sandusky Memorial Hospital, resulting in the establishment of Firelands Community Hospital, now Firelands Regional Medical Center. He has been a member of the Board of Directors since 1985 and served as Chairman of the Board of Directors from 1988-1989 and from 1992-1993.
Mr. Muehlhauser participated in the establishment of The Sandusky/Erie County Community Foundation in 1995 and has been a member of the Board of Directors from 1995-present.
Mr. Muehlhauser is a life-long resident of Erie County and has lived in Huron, Ohio, since 1936. He is a 1948 graduate of Huron High School. He and his wife, Connie (deceased), have three children, Kathy Muehlhauser-Moore, Kurt (deceased), and Eric, an attorney with Flynn, Py, & Kruse. Mr. Muehlhauser enjoys acting and is a member of Harlequins, Inc., a local community theatre, and he has been a member of the Bowling Green State University, Huron Playhouse, since 1996.

Mr. Coppeler received his B.A. from The Ohio State University, in 1970, and his J.D., cum laude, from The Ohio State University College of Law in December, 1974, where he was a moot court outstanding oralist.
Mr. Coppeler was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1975, the bar for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio in 1976, and the bar for the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals in 1984. He is a member of the following bar associations: Ottawa County, Erie County, Ohio State (Litigation, Labor and Employment, and Real Property Sections) and American (Litigation, Labor and Employment, Real Property, and Probate and Trust Sections).
Mr. Coppeler enjoys fly-fishing and Ohio State football.
John E. Rosino (1951-2011)
John was an extraordinary attorney who spent his entire career with Flynn, Py and Kruse following his graduation from Harvard Law School in 1977. Over the course of his 33 years with the firm, John developed an extensive practice in the areas of estate and business planning. His leadership and skills extended to numerous professional associations and committees as well as to many volunteer organizations serving those in need. His contributions to his clients, the firm, and the larger community will be greatly missed.

Mr. Hart received his B.A. from Ohio Wesleyan University in 1973, his M.A. from the University of Cincinnati in 1975 and his J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 1980. His academic honors include Law Journal membership, Phi Delta Phi membership and he received the American Jurisprudence Award.
Mr. Hart was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1980, the Ohio Bar in 1981, the bar for the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in 1981, the bar for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio in 1982, the bar for the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals in 1985, and the bar for the United States Supreme Court in 1992. He is a member of the following bar associations: Erie County and Ohio State. He is also a member of the Defense Research Institute, the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys and the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys.
Mr. Hart is a former sixteen year member of the Sandusky City Schools Board of Education and served three years as president of that board. He is a past member of the Grace Church Vestry, having served as Senior Warden, and is a past board member of Campfire, Inc. of Erie County.
Mr. Hart resides in Sandusky. He and his wife, Mary Ellen, have three children. He enjoys water skiing, snow skiing, golf, fishing, tennis, reading and travel.

Ms. Hill received her Bachelors Degree in Psychology, with honors, from Denison University, in 1981, and her J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 1984.
Ms. Hill was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1984.
Ms. Hill is a member of the board of directors of the Erie County Economic Development Corporation, an officer of the Sandusky State Theatre, Inc., and of the Sandusky/Erie County Community Foundation. She is a past member of the Berlin-Milan Board of Education.
Ms. Hill is a native of Sandusky and is a twenty year resident of Berlin Township. She and her husband, Frank, have four children. She enjoys sailing, reading, and jogging.

Mr. Marinko received his B.A., summa cum laude, from The Ohio State University in 1985, and his J.D. from The Ohio State University College of Law in 1988. His academic honors include Phi Kappa Phi, Pi Sigma Alpha, and Ohio State University Name and Seal Scholar.
Mr. Marinko was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1988, the bar for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio in 1989, and the bar for the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals in 1996. He is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, Erie County Bar Association, and Ohio State Bar Association (Litigation and Labor and Employment Sections). He is also a member of the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys and the Defense Research Institute.
Mr. Marinko was a Law Clerk to former Ohio Attorney General Anthony J. Celebreeze and served as a legislative aide in the Ohio House of Representatives.
Mr. Marinko is chairman of the Erie County Board of Elections (appointed by the Secretary of State in 1998 and reappointed in 2002, 2006 and 2010), trustee for Bayshore Counseling Center, and County Republican Executive Committeeman for Vermilion Township. He previously served as Chairman of the Erie County Republican Party from 1996 through 2002, as a trustee of the Erie Ohio State University Alumni Association, as a trustee and Vice Chairman of Sandusky Bay Area Goodwill Industries, Inc. from 1989 through 1998, as trustee for Kinship, Inc., and has chaired numerous political and judicial campaigns.
Mr. Marinko is a member of the Ohio Association of Election Officials, the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association, and the Erie County Ohio State Alumni Association. He is an instrument-rated private pilot and operates MESONET weather station CW1111.
Mr. Marinko resides in rural Vermilion Township.

Mr. Muehlhauser is a member and past president of the Huron Lions Club, an officer and board member of Huron River Fest, Inc., and an officer and member of the Saunders/Foss Memorial Scholarship Fund.
Mr. Muehlhauser is a native and resident of Huron, Ohio.

Mr. Steuk received his B.A. from the University of Michigan in 1993, and his J.D. from Ohio State Northern University Pettit College of Law in 1996.
Mr. Steuk was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1996, and the bar for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio in 1998. He is a member of the following bar associations: Erie County, Ohio State and American.
Mr. Steuk is also active in the Erie County Chamber of Commerce.
Mr. Steuk has been Judge of Huron Municipal Court since July of 2006. As the judgeship is a part-time position, Mr. Steuk still maintains his private practice.
Mr. Steuk is a Sandusky native and resides in Huron, Ohio. He and his wife, Jessica, have four
children.

Mr. Kamm received his B.A. in political science, magna cum laude, from Baldwin-Wallace College in 2002, and his J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Akron School of Law in 2006. His academic honors include: Assistant and Associate Editor, Akron Law Review; Dayton C. Miller Honorary Society; Pi Sigma Alpha; Pi Gamma Mu; and Alpha Lambda.
Mr. Kamm was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2006 and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio in 2006.
Prior to obtaining his law degree, Mr. Kamm served as a legislative aide in the Ohio House of Representatives.
Mr. Kamm is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He is currently serving as a trustee for Kinship, Inc. and as a member of the Village Council of Berlin Heights.
Mr. Kamm was born in Cleveland, Ohio, and currently resides in Berlin Heights.
