BACKGROUND AND PROFILE:
Mr. Coppeler received
his B.A. from The Ohio State University, in 1970, and his J.D., cum laude,
from The Ohio State University College of Law in December, 1974, where
he was a moot court outstanding oralist.
Mr. Coppeler was
admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1975, the bar for the United States District
Court for the Northern District of Ohio in 1976, and the bar for the
Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals in 1984. He is a member of the following
bar associations: Ottawa County, Erie County, Ohio State (Litigation,
Labor and Employment, and Real Property Sections) and American (Litigation,
Labor and Employment, Real Property, and Probate and Trust Sections).
Mr. Coppeler enjoys fly-fishing and Ohio State football.
